Hi, We are Amanda & Heath

We are 4th generation farmers in the Southern Mallee district of South Australia and currently with our 3 sons, run an Angus cattle stud in conjunction with a cropping program.

We felt there was a need in our local area for a butcher shop and decided something needed to be done about it!

We have worked with Richards Quality Meats for quite a few years now, both on a personal and business bases. We know their products are of the highest quality and knew that we needed to work with them to supply the people of the Southern Mallee with their meat.
